After the winter months of cold weather and being indoors most of the time, spring and summer are more than welcome for the warmth and outdoor activities. Exfoliate your body once a week so that you have smooth and clear skin which is able to absorb moisture better. But it is advisable not to scrub too hard as the skin cells can get damaged. Using products that do not contain synthetic aromas and chemicals are the best for curing dryness. Lipid enhancement in the skin enables moisture retention for smoother, softer skin. Always use warm water as it never saps the moisture but gently opens the pores, retaining the moisture.
